Cx5 was born in the savannah of Eastern Rwanda in April 2023 while on a safari with the two co-founders of a SaaS company called Fixa Inc. It marked the 3-year anniversary of our relationship, having helped them fundraise their angel and pre-seed rounds, support them as fractional-CFO, and build the models that helped them grow from $0 all the way to mid-single digit millions in sales and reach profitability.
Through successes like these, Cx5 has built a powerful framework combining finance, operations, and the customer experience journey, that enables startups of any size to establish strong foundations and unblock growth.
We are located in NYC with partners all over the globe.
The name Cx5 is derived from our proprietary scoring method we use to identify attractive companies, encompassing what we coined as the "5 C's":
