Our Process
At Cx5, we only work with clients where it makes mutual sense and we only take on projects where we can deliver. We prioritize doing our mutual due diligence prior to every engagement, and have outlined our general process here:
1) Introduction
On this call (15 - 45 minutes) we will:
- Introduce ourselves
- Learn about your business from a high-level
- Listen to what you believe are your current "brick walls" (i.e. obstacles hindering your company's movement)
- Ask some additional discovery questions
- Provide a quick analysis on what we believe are your "brick walls"
- Discuss next steps
2) Scope of Work
Your brick walls will dictate the work that needs to be done. In this step, we dig deeper to evaluate the complexity and resources needed to provide the deliverables. This typically involves:
- The client filling out one of our detailed questionnaires
- Discussing goals and deliverables on a 30 - 60 minute call
- Agreeing on what projects would be the most impactful for the company
3) Proposal
Based on our evaluation of the scope of work, we will provide you with a detailed proposal that:
- Provides a brief narrative of your situation and your brick walls
- Outlines the proposed plan of action and deliverables needed to break them down
- Outlines the services required to provide the deliverables and a project timeline
- Outlines the dedicated resources and the cost
Once the client wants to move forward with the proposal, we send over the contract for signing and schedule a kick off meeting to begin the engagement.
